Sunrise in Kristiansand - Soloppgang i Kristiansand My picture today is a Sunrise in November. The spire in the horizon is the top of Kristiansand Cathedral.

    What a colour rich sunrise you came to enjoy that morning. The best thing with sunrises in November up here in the north is that you don't have to get up all that early to catch them (or be out very late to catch the sunsets either). The only thing missing a lot of the time is a clear sky.

    The darkness of the silhouette with the church spire makes a wonderful addition to the fire in the sky. Beautiful photo! I had the pleasure of going to Kristiansand many, many years ago. My sister used to live in Kongsberg and we took a trip there.

    A beautiful morning sky. Where I live it is behind a mountain, so by the time I see the sun it is pretty late in the day. I just don't get such spectacular colours. I invite you to come see my clouds over Powell Lake in British Columbia. -- Margy

    It´s easy to leave a koselig comment about this because it´s good. The big black cloud on top adds a lot.
